Largest and one of the most-modern refineries in India. This Refinery is spread over a total area of 3,345 acres, including about 300 acres for Refinery Township and about 100 acres of land for building two approach roads to connect the refinery site with the existing road network.

Existing installation is very old and having repetitive troubles and shutdowns.

Solution

We took this as a challenge and started the project with initial feasibility study.
Detailed analysis of existing equipment has been done before submitting the complete report of refurbishment along the assurance of reliable operation.
All relevant material like Thyristor, phase arms, firing circuits, controls and other
hardware has been replaced with upgraded material.
Software has been upgraded.
Simulations and testing have been in isolation and as a complete equipment as well.
Successful Recommissioning has been carried out.
